Buying at Sumsun.es
At Sumsun you can make your purchase once you have registered. Registering is very simple and will help speed up your purchases and the tracking of your orders.
If you want to send an order to a different address than usual or you want to send it to another person, you can modify the data for that specific order. In the shopping cart, while you are placing the order and before making the payment, you can view the content. There you can modify or delete the number of units in your order.
Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the assigned order number.
Modifying an order
Once an order has been placed and confirmed with payment, it cannot be expanded by adding more products or modifying those that have been selected due to production logistics. If you wish, the order can be cancelled, as long as it has not entered into production, to be made again with the necessary changes, which will not entail any expense.
2. PAYMENT
Payment Methods
At Sumsun you can place your order using two payment methods. Payment by card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro) or also Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Secure purchase
All payments made at Sumsun are processed in secure environments. For Sumsun, security in online purchases is essential, which is why all transactions are carried out using secure payment systems and confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the entity.
Invoice for business
To request an invoice as a private customer, you must contact us at hello@sumsun.es and you will be able to receive it free of charge electronically.
3. SHIPPING
Shipping methods and cost
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, type of product or availability.
Deliveries are made only on working days. Sumsun has its physical headquarters in Les Franqueses del Vallès, Spain, so we are governed by the work calendar that marks national (Spain) and regional (Catalonia) holidays.
When placing an order at Sumsun, you can select two different types of shipping: Standard shipping and shipping to a collection point. Once the order is confirmed, the customer can choose between the different types of shipping available as well as confirm the delivery address.
Standard shipping includes a shipping cost of 5 euros, being free for purchases over 30 euros. Delivery of this type of order is expected to take 4 to 7 working days.
In the rest of the countries, the customer can select a collection point according to their location and it will be in the purchase process where the price of this service is calculated based on the weight of the package and the selected delivery address.
In the event of an incorrect address on the part of the customer, the shipment will be processed again, paying this cost by the customer.
Order status
When you place an order, you will receive updated information about the entire process until it leaves our facilities. If you want to see the status of the order, you can check it in the ‘My Orders’ section using the order number that was sent to you by email when you made the purchase.

Orders for the Canary Islands
Orders placed in Sumsun that must be sent to the Canary Islands have an additional charge, outside of us, established by the Canary Islands Government.
Upon receiving the package, the courier will charge the customer the amount established according to the regulations applied directly in the island territory, that is, the Customs fee and the IGIC.
Delivery times will be different in the case of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and you can only opt for ordinary shipping.
We remind you that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla must go through customs processing at destination. For this reason, the delivery time of the order may be affected since the customs process cannot be accounted for.
4. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How to make a return (right of withdrawal)
You must contact us at hello@sumsun.es, the response may take up to 48 hours.
Order collections for returns will not be available for the territories of the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the countries where Sumsun makes deliveries.
The product must be sent in the same condition as it was received, with the labels, brochures and original packaging preferably, and with the reference number written in a visible area. If the product is not sent in its original packaging, the amount of the return may be reduced.
How to change a product
Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify or extend it. To make a change, the order must be cancelled and placed again. In this case, only the amount of the second order will be paid, not the return.
If your order is in “prepared” or “shipped” status, we cannot make any changes.
Defective or incorrect product
If one of the products received is defective, or does not correspond to what was selected when making the purchase, the customer must start the return process indicating this reason and adding photos or videos of the order received by sending an email to hello@sumsun.es.
5. WARRANTY CLAIMS
The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Customers and Users.
In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
Sumsun.com will be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, provided that the customer has informed us of said lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
6. SALE THROUGH AMAZON AND MARKETPLACES
The customer, whether as an individual or as a professional, expressly agrees not to resell the products purchased from Top Toys S.L., either on Amazon (Amazon Vendor) or on any other online marketplace.
7. COMPLAINTS
There are complaint forms available to individual users by sending the complaint to hello@sumsun.es.
Each of the orders placed through this portal will be subject to complaint. The object of said claim shall be limited to the specific order from which it arises, but in no way may it be accumulated, nor extended to other orders, nor may it be the basis of actions that exceed the object of the specific order from which it arises, nor generate any expectation of rights in the face of future unformalized orders.
